Pair of Forest Wilson Walnut and Glass Side Tables

A sculptural pair of side tables designed by Forest Wilson, each featuring a curved walnut base supporting a round glass top. Like the matching coffee table, the design is all about the interplay of sweeping lines and negative space. The crossed supports give the tables a light, almost floating appearance while still providing a sturdy foundation.

The warm walnut frames have a graceful, organic quality that draws the eye even when viewed without the glass tops. Their compact footprint makes them versatile beside a sofa or lounge chair, while the glass keeps the overall look open and airy.

A great example of the biomorphic forms that made Forest Wilson’s designs so distinctive, with enough presence to stand on their own but simple enough to work with a wide range of interiors.
