Refund policy

We take pride in our work and want your furniture to be a lasting, meaningful part of your home. When selecting your pieces, we recommend measuring your space and ordering fabric samples to see how they look in your home. If you have any special requests or concerns, please let us know as early as possible to avoid extra costs.

Please note that once an order is placed and a deposit is made, the deposit becomes non-refundable if you decide to cancel or are unable to complete the purchase. 

If you wish to return items after pick up or delivery, an 18% restocking fee of the total cost of items you wish to return will apply. You will also be responsible for arranging the return to our showroom, unless we come to a different agreement with you.

Customized items, such as pieces with special finishes or custom upholstery, are generally non-returnable. However, we assess returns for customized items on a case-by-case basis.
