Rare three-bay teak wall unit designed by Hans J. Wegner for Ry Møbler, Denmark, circa 1960s. A really beautiful example of Wegner’s quieter cabinet work — clean-lined and practical, but with all the subtle details that make Danish pieces from this era feel so considered. The warm teak grain carries consistently across all three bays, and the composition has a nice rhythm to it with the mix of enclosed storage, open shelving, and drawer sections.

The center bay features a drop-front secretary compartment above the four-drawer “Model RY-100” piece, while the outer cabinets offer generous concealed storage with adjustable shelving inside. What keeps it from feeling bulky is the floating negative space between sections and the thin vertical supports, which give the whole unit a lighter profile despite its scale.

A hard-to-find modular configuration from one of Denmark’s most important designers — equally strong as a wall unit, library storage piece, or statement office setup.
