Pair of walnut “Dania” nightstands by American of Martinsville. Clean-lined walnut cases with softly tapered legs, warm wood grain, and subtle brass pulls that give them just enough contrast without distracting from the form. Each nightstand features a drop-down cabinet door with interior storage and a small upper drawer tucked inside — one of those practical little mid-century details that makes these feel thoughtful to use, not just good to look at.

The proportions are especially good on this pair: compact but still substantial enough to anchor a space beside a bed or sofa. The sculpted base detail and slightly angled case give them a quiet bit of movement, while the walnut has that deep, rich tone that pairs well with almost anything.

Condition: This piece is shown in its current condition and will be reconditioned after purchase to meet our excellent vintage condition standards while preserving its vintage character. These pieces are well used vintage condition. There are scratches, scuffs, dings, edgewear, and worn finished throughout. The white laminate detailing inside show age with a little discoloration. The drop-down mechanisms work with the exception of one missing the original hardware and needs to be reattached. Please see photos for condition to details.
