Carlo Jensen for Hundevad & Co. Danish Modern Rosewood Credenza

Danish modern rosewood credenza attributed to Carlo Jensen for Hundevad & Co., circa 1960s. The rosewood has beautiful grain throughout, including across the top, doors and interior. Two locking doors open to pull-out trays lined in green felt on one side and adjustable shelving on the other. Finished with simple round tapered legs and brass hinges.

A great smaller-scale credenza with a surprising amount of storage. It would work just as well as a dining room sideboard or bar cabinet as it would for media or living room storage. No makers mark.

Condition: This piece is shown in its current condition and will be reconditioned after purchase to meet our excellent vintage condition standards while preserving its history and vintage character. If purchasing as-is, this piece is in used-vintage condition. There are general scratches and scuffs throughout, including scuffing to the legs and edge wear in several areas. The front left door has a few larger scratches, and the back right corner has some wear and a small dent along the edge, as photographed. The inside of the left cabinet door appears to have had a previous repair, as photographed. All doors and drawers open and close as they should, and the piece is structurally sound. One key is included.
